Artist Bio
David Camero was born in Caracas Venezuela in 1962. He received his bachelor's in Art from the Central University of Venezuela. David has accomplished many things in his artistic career from working in street theater to acting in commercials on television. David's passions extend outside of being a painter and scenographer. David went on to
direct plays, some of his own creations. His poems and essays have appeared in publications such as Prensarte UCV, Latest News, appeared in publications such as Prensarte UCV, Latest News, Excess, Anthology nobody, and Hispanic Poets in Washington. He has also appeared in the Mexican rotating group El Frontera, the observer of the South Border and the Republic.
In 1997 David created his own theater group: Compania Del Bouffon located in Washington DC. Since 2001, Bouffon Company participates in festivals and events, performing characters from the Comedy, Dell Art. The company Bouffon also offers language classes, art workshops, and movements in after-school programs. It currently exhibits its collages and organizes exhibitions as the leader of a project called PLATO promoting Latin American artists on the eastern coast of the United States.

Throughout his career, David has traveled all over the world. He studied in Paris at the famous school of Mimes JacqueLecoq where he had several exhibitions. While in Paris he reunited with the group TiempoCommon, with which he made tours in several countries, and dedicated himself to the performance and training of new actors and to the development of workshops-assembly. David's biggest passion in life is his artistic freedom and expression.
